Environmental, social, and economic sustainability and justice are often at the core of work with food production, marketing, and distribution. Still others have a passion for creating & advocating for sustainable practices in land use and natural resource management. The wide variety of career paths in this area may include working in food access programming, agricultural policy analysis, sourcing & distribution systems management, responsible product labeling, environmental program evaluation, management and monitoring, land and water rights policy, sustainable practices consulting, farming, education, and research.
