I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the Director of Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs at National Dairy Council. I earned a B.S. in Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point, followed by five years of active duty military service as an Army Engineer officer. I hold an M.S. in Nutrition Interventions, Communication and Behavior Change from the Friedman School of Nutrition at Tufts University and completed my dietetic internship at the Cleveland Clinic. At National Dairy Council, I provide regulatory and scientific guidance to support dairy-related communications, strategic outreach and education. My professional interests include science translation, prenatal nutrition and health behavior change. As a health educator, I believe wellness is deeply personal and should help us feel nourished and empowered, never restricted or discouraged.
