We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated and self-driven ESG Reporting Manager to join our global ESG team and drive our efforts in Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting.
Your role:
Reporting to the VP of ESG you will:
- Stay abreast of evolving ESG reporting frameworks, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of ESG data to ensure accurate reporting.
- Establish and manage a reporting solution that integrates all aspects of the CSRD and ensures strict compliance with mandatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Finance, People & Culture, local operations teams…) to gather relevant information related to environmental impact, social initiatives, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with external partners to implement robust carbon accounting methodologies and systems.
- Lead the development and execution of carbon reduction strategies and initiatives across all areas of the organisation.
- Prepare and publish our yearly sustainability reports for internal and external audiences.
- Create compelling reports that effectively communicate the company’s sustainability performance.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their ESG expectations and concerns.
- Communicate ESG initiatives and performance through transparent and accessible reporting mechanisms.
Requirements:
- You have relevant experience within the described functions that gives you demonstrable transferable skills suited to the role.
- You possess good knowledge of existing and emerging ESG and Sustainability measurement and reporting frameworks in European and international territories and are familiar with ESG reporting frameworks.
- You have full professional proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You are based in Copenhagen, London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam
- You have experience working and communicating effectively with different stakeholders,working in agile environments.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. You have robust experience using data visualisation tools working with ESG software and data management tools.
- You possess good project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in Sustainability consulting will be a plus
