I graduated from the Friedman School NICBC program in December 2021. Prior to being at Tufts, I obtained my B.S. in Nutrition Sciences from Cornell University and then began personal training in Westport, CT. From there, I went on to get my DPD and M.S. at Simmons and Tufts, respectively, and worked as a Food Scientist at ColdSnap. While at ColdSnap, I was involved in product development for ice creams, smoothies, coffee drinks, cocktails, and other new products, creating and assisting with the shelf life program, inventory management, quality assurance, ingredient sourcing and production. I also worked at InsideTracker doing research to make science-based recommendations to help people optimize their health, and now I’m a dietetic intern with BIDMC.
