My career is grounded in sustainable food programming, with a focus on human health and the environment. Most recently I’ve been on a two year entrepreneurial journey creating a direct-to-consumer baby food company in Toronto. I now manage the weekly operations, business strategy, brand development and marketing of Pureyay. Prior to this, I worked as the Director of Sustainability for Aramark Boston Region, as the Sustainability Coordinator for Emerson College, and as the SNAP Enrollment Coordinator for Project Bread. I still spend a good chunk of my week volunteering and perusing my own sustainable food hobbies, something that I’ve had to strategically incorporate into my work-life path.
