The Sustainable Water Management (SWM) M.S. program is seeking a graduate or undergraduate program assistant. The assistant will work closely with the Program Director for the coordination and administration of the SWM degree. Primary duties include:
-communicating with SWM students and faculty regularly as the primary point-of-contact for the degree program
-liaising with the Friedman School and TIE administration on matters relating to program structure and student success
-development and upkeep of program materials, including maintaining records of student progress
-organizing and facilitating events and meetings for SWM faculty and students (primarily virtual for Fall 2021)
The position will be a good fit for an applicant with keen attention to detail and professional communication skills. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is imperative. This position is a 10-15 hour/week opportunity that is extendable up to 20 hours/week. It will begin immediately and extend through the end of August 2022. Applicants should prepare an updated resume and brief cover letter describing relevant prior experience. Brief interviews (on Zoom) may be scheduled as appropriate.
Compensation: $20 per hour.
