We have three new opportunities for you in Massachusetts!

(1) Abington, MA: 92-bed long-term care facility for 16 hours/week. Apply here.
(2) Bridgewater, MA: 111-bed long-term care facility for 16 hours/week. Apply here.
(3) Fall River, MA: 62 bed long-term care facility for 16 hours/week. Apply here.

Highlights of the Role:

  • Schedule: 16 hours/week (each location)
  • Duration: Open-ended
  • Facility Type: Long-term care facilities
  • Start Date: June 2025 (possibly July)
  • Drive Time: Offered for qualifying candidates
  • Experience: LTC and MDS experience preferred (not required)
  • EMR: Point Click Care (all facilities)

Your Assignment Will Include:

  • Completing nutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
  • Documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical record system
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and food service team
  • Calculations and recommendations for enteral feedings
  • Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
  • Completing MDS – Section K
  • Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA

Requirements:

  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the CDR
  • Licensed in Massachusetts (must be active prior to start date)
  • Must pass a pre-employment screening process, including background and health checks
